Question about eating clean with body building/cardio?

I have been circuit training for sometime now, and I have a question about my diet. I know many body builders say to watch the fat, but just wondering if about a tablespoon of cream a day in my coffee is okay? Having trouble giving this up, but will if I have to. I also consume 1/2 to 1 tablespoon a day of coconut oil for my immune system. Giving up the coconut oil is not an option because I never get sick as long as I take my coconut oil (I put it in my coffee). Other than that, I try to watch my fat intake.

I need a diet for a specific body type: Former light/body builder, training for a 5k run?

I need a diet, or a basic nutrition guideline.
I have been off of a light body building cycle for 3 months now after getting married, very little training in between, and now I am training for a 5k run coming up in April.
During my morning core synergistic routine today (P90X-Core Synergistic) I crashed about half way through feeling like my body was lacking something. I am 5′10, 220lb, muscular build. I’ve never really followed a diet for heavy cardio.
Help?

What do I need to change in my diet to reduce body fat%?

I’m 5′4″ 120 lb, athletic build, and very healthy by all counts. I play soccer 2 or 3 times a week and get in a good 1 hr gym workout (cardio, strength training) about 2 times a week. I have good muscle definition, but I cannot seem to drop my body fat so it’s noticeable.. (It’s around 20%) What kind of diet/meals should I eat to reduce body fat%?

I just turned 21 and I’m a college student. I really want to change my life, body, and diet. I want to become lean, fit, and tight. I do workout normally, but usually just cardio. I want to lose body fat and gain muscle, but not like I’m on steriods look. I still want to look feminine, but with muscle. Pretty much like a fitness model. I want to know how I should start out, what supplements and workouts I should do. I currently weigh 160 and I’m 5′6.
